EmblemHealth – Internal Dialogue Marketing® Workshop
Objective: Utilize Inward’s proprietary employee engagement survey tool, Change FX™ to gather insights on employee ratings of brand engagement performance and their perceptions of strengths and weaknesses with regard to employees’ understanding/ownership of the EmblemHealth brand.
Solution: With the results in hand, we facilitated a one-day Internal Dialogue Marketing® Workshop with a group of 25 cross-functional leaders to brainstorm ideas to create an employee engagement strategy and plan to drive brand advocacy.
Results: By the end of the day, an excited and enthused group had created a message architecture that would communicate the importance of brand advocacy to employees, along with key concepts and tactical plans that could become the foundation for a comprehensive employee advocacy plan.
